D'abord nous avons rendez-vous à 10:00 pour un tour en bateau avec le Grand Bleu. Grandes vagues sur la plage des Roches Noires, donc on s'inquiète un peu, mais finalement, c'est assez calme.
On croise d'abord la route d'un groupe de dauphins. Ils sont nombreux, mais pas très joueurs. C'est quand même beau à observer.
Today we go for a sea/beach day.
First, we have a date at 10:00 for a boat trip with le Grand Bleu. We see big waves from the port, so I start to worry a little bit, but in fact the sea is quite quiet outside.
On the way, we first met a clan of dolphins. They seem to be a lot, but extremely quiet: none jumping. It is anyway nice to watch.
Ensuite, une baleine et son baleineau, qui a l'air très jeune (petit et d'une couleur plus claire), par contre, ils ne se montrent pas beaucoup.
Vu qu'on reste à l'arrêt pour les observer, ca tangue un peu et pas mal de personnes sont malades ... Moi, ca va, on a l'habitude :)
Dernier petit groupe de baleines un peu plus loin, il doivent être 4. Une baleine à sauter, mais sinon, on apercevoit "seulement" leur dos.
Je ne me lasse pas de les regarder, c'est tellement calme et grand.
Retout au port pour un très bon déjeuner chez Marie.
Then we saw a whale and its baby, which looks really young (small and an other colour as usually), but they are not coming out so much, so it is hard to see them.
As we are more or less stopped to watch them, the boat is moving up and down and some people get sick. Martin and I are feeling good; I think I start to get use to the boat. :)
A last group of wales (they should be 4), a little bit further. One was jumping, but otherwise we saw "only" their back.
I cannot stop watching these animals, it is so quiet and big and nice.
Back to the Port, we go for really good lunch Chez Marie
Ensuite, petit tour shopping en ville, tant que les nuages nous protègent un peu de la chaleur.
Arrêt à l'Ermitage pour une petite baignade, on est quand même à La Réunion, il faut bien qu'on aille au moins une fois se baigner en mer. :) Quelques petits poissons, mais c'est pas le meilleur endroit, on aurait du aller comme d'habitude à l'autre bout de la plage.
Retour à la chambre d'hôtes pour un petit SPA et ensuite petit diner léger sur la plage.
Then we go, as long as the temperatures are ok, thanks to the clouds, for a short shopping turn.
Direction, the beach of l'Ermitage to go quick to swim. We are on the Reunion island, so it would be a shame if we don't go at least once to swim in the sea :)
Some little fishes, but it is not the best place to see them. We should have go like usually at the other end of the beach.
Back to the room, a spa to relax and then a nice diner on the beach somewhere.
